Flow

Lie face down with the WAV on the ground above your head. Place your hands on top of the WAV with elbows bent roughly to 90 degrees. Slide your hands along the WAV towards the midline and back out. Roll your hands open until your palms face each other. Upright your spine and lift your chest off the floor with your gaze searching over the horizon of the WAV. Lower your chest back to the ground and flatten your palms.

Focus

Achieve ideal shoulder integration and thoracic uprighting through tactile system stimulation. This movement provides a formal introduction of and foyer into distal versus proximal lines of pull.

Cues

VERBAL: Follow your gaze to the horizon and lengthen in all directions fully exploring the movement.

BE MINDFUL: Of what you feel. * Are your hands keeping contact with the WAV while your trunk reaches through space? * To reach through your hands and feet to prepare your mid back for movement.

WAV INTERACTION: Explore texture changes of the WAV and use the tactile feedback to further explore your movement. * Calm and quiet.
