Flow

Shift your weight back and forth keeping your gaze on the WAV logo ensuring your head and tail remain in alignment to maintain the natural curves of your spine. Return to center. Straighten your elbows and shift the knees back to an open quadruped position. Rock forward transferring your energy over the WAV. Rock back keeping your gaze on the WAV.

Focus

Acquire ideal energy transfer and axial elongation in a quadruped position. Emphasis is placed on maintenance of dynamic neutral alignment requiring proper capsular movement of both hip and shoulder joints in the sagittal plane, proper core stabilization, fixed and mobile point discernment and effective use of the visual system stimulation. This is a progression from S1-S3 movements.

VERBAL: Press through the floor transferring your energy through your forearms and shins.

BE MINDFUL: Of the alignment of your head and tail and the natural curve of your spine. * Is your gaze fixed on the WAV as your pelvis and shoulders work in equal but in opposite directions? * Of the energy moving up and down your spine through your head and tail.

WAV INTERACTION: Transfer energy through the center of your body using your fixed gaze on the WAV to create positive energy flow. * Keep calm and quiet.
