Begin in low kneeling with your forearms and knees on the ground.

Place the WAV at the ends of your finger tips with the WAV logo in line with your nose.

Elongate your spine to neutral with your head, shoulders and pelvis is one line.

Shift your weight forward to your shoulders and then backward toward your knees noticing the internal energy change directions. *Add sensory gaze stabilization with P/A rock with uprighted gaze WAV

Continue to rock forward and backward sensing your weight into the arms and across the shoulders and then to the pelvis and thighs.

OR

Begin in low kneeling with your forearms and knees on the ground.

Place the WAV at the ends of your finger tips with the WAV logo in line with your nose.

Elongate your spine to neutral with your head, shoulders and pelvis is one line.

Maintain equal weight throughout the shoulders and pelvis.

Begin to rotate your neck and look to your right hand as you supinate the palm. HINT: Imagine lifting up the palm to discover a diamond under the hand.

Repeat to the opposite side maintaining your neutral spine.
